You're Just Kids?
A: We completely understand the concern. Although we’re young, we take our work seriously. Our parents are always on hand to supervise and often help out during washes. We use safe, researched car-cleaning products and proven methods to protect your vehicle. We treat every car as if it were our own, and many of our customers are regulars who trust us and recommend us to others. Check out our reviews, do your research, we do a good job.
How do I pay?
A: At the moment, we accept cash payments. As Car Wash Kids grows, we plan to introduce card payments in the future — but for now, it’s good old-fashioned cash.
What if I'm not happy with the wash?
A: We always aim to please and take real pride in our work. We love a challenge and have successfully turned around some very dirty cars. If you’re not completely happy, please tell us — your trust matters to us. We’re honest, approachable, and happy to talk things through. We’ll work with you to put it right and make sure you feel confident leaving your car with us.
